Enjoy Branson and relax in this fully remodeled and completely newly furnished (8/2024) spacious condo loaded with amenities at the popular Thousand Hills Golf Resort. Elegance and luxury awaits you in this stunning condo that provides you with comfort, beautiful décor, furnishings, upscale amenities, and the perfect location in the Heart of Branson just behind the famous 76 Strip. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

Our condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a 55' HDTV in the living area, electric fireplace, cable and WIFI, comfortable king beds, a fully equipped kitchen with marble and stainless appliances, and a lovely patio with seating next to green space for you to relax on after a fun day in Branson.

This condo is a very large two-bedroom with two king beds, two attached bathrooms, a large living/dining room, and kitchen. We also have a high-quality brand new sofa sleeper that can be utilized to sleep two additional guests for a total of 6. The condo has 2 upholstered rockers, a beautiful dining area and a large well equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare and enjoy a meal. The condo is spacious; just under 1,400 sq. ft. which will give your group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both time together and apart during your vacation.

We are also located across the lawn area from the clubhouse which includes an indoor-outdoor pool (indoor year round, outdoor Memorial through Labor Day), sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness area. This is a can't miss opportunity and condo for the entire family that promises not to disappoint.

This is a fabulous condo location! This upscale and remodeled chic condo is just blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Just a few short miles, you can be at either Table Rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo and enjoy water sports, fishing, and outdoor fun.

Historic downtown Main Street and the Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

This is a self-catering property, but we do provide the basics to get you started - coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and basic cleaning supplies. If you need additional items or quantities of those provided, please feel free to provide those. Multiple grocery and convenience stores are nearby.

This condo was very clean and had the best stocked kitchen, I have ever seen. Any gadget or appliance you might need was there. We had plenty of seating for watching tv at night and eating breakfast. The beds were firm and comfortable. The pillows were very full and firm. I always travel with my own pillows because I like soft and squishy, so this wasn’t an issue. The place was nicely decorated and very spacious. Christine had great communication and helpful information and recommendations for us. The complex is very close to almost everything in Branson. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo!

My husband is a pastor and we come to Branson for or five times a year for him to rest and relax. There was a condo at the foothills previously where we stayed that we loved and it sold so we're thrilled to stay in this new condo at the foothills. We love the location and we love the condo will be back.

Spring Break 2025

The apartment was very clean and all was in order. We really enjoyed our stay there and the property is in an ideal location for access to the main street as well as the “Yellow Route,” which is important if one needs to get around some of the traffic on main street. Communication with Christene was very swift, not that we needed anything, just that she checked on us the day we got there and to see if we needed anything. Checking and checking out was so very simple. The next time we travel to Branson, Christene’s property will be the one we look for first. Thanks Christene for allowing us to rent your property!

Over and above excellence

This was by far, the most welcoming condo we’ve ever rented anywhere. The owners have decorated the unit with great detail and beauty. The generosity and kindness of the owners is evident by the extras that they provide. I have never rented a condo unit where the owners provided hand soap, shampoo, etc. for their guests but this one did. There was coffee, tea and all the extras needed to cook a full meal. The unit was decorated beautifully for Christmas which was so appreciated as we were visiting on thanksgiving weekend. Very welcoming, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Beds were great, too. The location of the Foothills makes this a wonderful place to stay as well. We were blown away by this condo. Hope to stay here again soon.

The kitchen was great, we had everything we needed for our week stay. We cooked in the condo and went out to eat several times. We had all the cooking utensils we needed to make meals and have breakfast each morning. We couldn't get the ice maker to work in the fridge not sure if that was us or the fridge ?? But other than that everything was great. Since it was late October we did not visit the pool so can't comment on that. Everything was clean and the condo looked as shown in the pictures. A couple of suggestions I might make would be to provide some smaller softer pillows. The ones available there both on the bed and in the TV stand were too big and hard for me so we went to Walmart and bought a smaller one so my neck would not be so stiff. Also I've never seen beds that tall, I'm 54 and in my 70's and had a very hard time climbing in the bed at night. Once I got there it was very comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The master bedroom shower was a little slick, they had some stripping down but I would add more just to be safe and prevent any accidents. I think anyone who stays here will have a great time and be very comfortable. It's close to everything and easy to maneuver the back roads to get around town. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We would stay here again.

The host was very communicative, worked with us when one guest arrived early and were able to accommodate, and everything you could possibly need was available inside. They had pots, pans, silverware, and all appliances. We stayed over the holiday, so we cooked quite a bit!

Wonderful condo, beautifully decorated with all supplies needed and then some! Super communication and easy to find/enter. Appreciate the restaurant suggestions. Agree with the suggestion on Danna’s and Sugar Leaf Bakery. Have been going to both for years and they are hidden gems. I will add that the new Full Throttle Distillery in downtown Branson is another must - beat brisket I’ve had! While we didn’t have kids with us, there are several things included to welcome kids to the unit as well. Highly recommend!

Central location, quiet, clean, beautiful

The condo is even better in person than it is in the pictures. The condo itself is very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Christine has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay (cooking utensils, small appliances, ziploc bags, lots of ice, games, a pack n play, toys, local recommendations, etc.). The property the condo sits on is safe, clean, well maintained, centrally located and quiet. It is a first floor unit and we could hear the person's footsteps above us but it did not distract from our stay at all. We visit Branson regularly and I will definitely consider staying here again.
