Die " Mühle zu Waching" wurde um 1900 zu Wohnzwecken um-bzw. angebaut und ist heute noch so erhalten. Unser hölzernes Mühlrad erzeugt durch Wasserkraft seit 2015 den Strom für unseren Eigenbedarf. Das Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand von Brannenburg und wird von seinen Besitzern, die die Ferienwohnungen persönlich führen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Wenn Ihnen ein Urlaub mit Ihrem Haustier an einem historischen Ort mit Naturnähe wichtig ist, dann sind Sie bei uns richtig. Sie und Ihr(e) Vierbeiner werden die Spazier-und Wanderwege vorm Haus lieben, ebenso den Bach der beim Haus vorbeifließt und der besonders in den heißen Sommermonaten eine willkommene Erfrischung für Mensch und Tier ist. Für Freizeitaktivitäten steht in direkter Nachbarschaft des Hauses die Wendelstein-Zahnradbahn zur Verfügung, im Sommer wie im Winter können ausgedehnte Wanderungen rund um den Wendelstein unternommen werden, ein Sport- Spiel und Skaterplatz sind in der Nähe. Das Skigebiet Sudelfeld ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Städte Rosenheim , Kufstein und der Chiemsee sind dank der guten Autobahnanbindung schnell und gut zu erreichen, gern auch mit der Bahn. "Mühlradstube" ... am rauschenden Bach! Unser Schmuckstück im Haus der "Mühle zu Waching" ist eine in handwerklicher Eigenarbeit gestaltete 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit 36 qm im modernen alpenländischen Stil. Die Ferienwohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet mit Naturholzböden/Türen und Möbeln, im separaten Schlafzimmer ist das Himmelbett, das mit Bettwäsche bezogen ist. Neben dem Kleiderschrank ist ein großer Spiegel mit Kofferablage. In allen Räumen ist eine Fußbodenheizung vorhanden. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet incl. Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser etc. Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach, der großzügige Eßbereich befindet sich direkt in der Küche. Für gemütliche Stunden gibt es ein Sofa und natürlich einen Flachbild-TV mit SAT. Im Bad ist eine exclusive Sanitär-Ausstattung. Die Handtücher, Fön und Toilettenartikel sind vorhanden. Die Vermieterin Frau Dietrich ist sehr nett und hat gar kein Problem mit Kids, ich war mit dreien da..was oft etwas laut war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Wendelsteinbahn und hat einen Spielplatz neben dem Haus. Umso überraschter und erfreut waren wir ob der Tatsache, dass sich die Wohnung direkt neben der Wendelsteinbahn befindet. Natur pur sozusagen. Das war schonmal ein toller Einstieg in unser Wochenende. Trotz starker Verspätung unsererseits (2 Stunden nach angekündigtem Eintreffen) blieb die Gastgeberin sehr sehr freundlich und war auf unser Wohl bedacht. Und auch bezüglich der Bezahlung war sie äußerst flexibel, so dass wir uns voll auf unsere „Auszeit“ konzentrieren konnten. Die Wohnung selbst war toll. Sehr sauber und strahlte eine wohlig heimelige Wärme aus. Das Bad war modern, aber dennoch nicht steril. Viel Holz überall und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und heimisch. Auch die Kinder waren begeistert. In der Küche war alles wichtige vorhanden (vor allem ein Geschirrspüler) und auch der Kühlschrank war sehr geräumig. Von hier aus starteten wir einige Ausflüge (Wendelstein, Rosenheim, Brannenburg zum Frühstücken und vor allem die Tatzelwurm Wasserfälle - sehr schön). Alles in allem war das einer der schönsten Aufenthalte. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung nicht nur jedem, sondern werden sicher wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank! ##### Stephan K. Sie ist sehr modern,sehr sauber und hat eine perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in die bayrischen und österreicher Alpen. Außerdem liegt sie direkt an der Talstation der Wendelsteinzahnradbahn.
