Haus Fellner

Haus Fellner is very child-friendly and has five lovingly furnished apartments, carefully renovated in 2020, with space for up to 22 people.



FACILITIES:



The living room and kitchen of the Hilda apartment on the ground floor can be used as common areas. The tiled stove in the living room and the adjacent cozy corner invite you to spend cozy hours in good company. The total living space is approximately 202 m2, the beautiful terrace offers plenty of space on an additional 100 m2.



A modern dining area with two large tables invites you to enjoy dining and grilling outside. Sundowners can be enjoyed in the evening sun on the two lounge sofas and deck chairs. The absolute highlight is the Finnish sauna in the garden with a view of the mountains and the town of Brand, which guests can use free of charge.



The ski cellar with heated ski boot warmers for 15 pairs of ski boots, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available to guests free of charge. The holiday home also includes up to five parking spaces.



A high chair and a buggy are available for small children. Various games and books can also be used together. WiFi and cable TV are available free of charge.



During the renovation, great importance was attached to thinking about practical things. The entire house is equipped with numerous wardrobes and storage options. The kitchen equipment is high quality and diverse.



LOCATION:



The privileged location on a sunny mountain slope is just right for those looking for relaxation. The house is in a very quiet location and yet it is only a five-minute walk to the center of Brand as well as to the golf course and the animal adventure trail. The “Dorfbahn” ski lift is also located in the center and is also the entrance to the Brandnertal ski area.



If the snow conditions are good, you can ski directly to the house (Ski In). And if the snow conditions are also good, you can get from the house to the village lift (Ski Out) on skis - with a little pushing.



There is also a small stream flowing down the mountain near the house: a little paradise that invites the children to play.



With the unobstructed panoramic mountain views and the adjacent meadows and forests, the house is a real holiday idyll! A spacious wooden terrace with around 100 m2 of space (oriented to the SE and SW) invites adults to enjoy the sunshine of the Brandnertal.

Toll ausgestattete Unterkunft mit tollem Flair

Wir waren mit drei Familien bzw. einer Großfamilie da. Uns fehlte es an nichts und die Küchen (wie such alles andere) sind Top ausgestattet. Von Rührgerät übers Waffeleisen bis hin zum Raclette gibt es alles und alles auch im top Zustand. Wohnungen sind sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts: von Rührgerät über Wärmeflaschen bis Gesellschaftsspiele - alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche (bereits überzogen), Handtücher, Saunatücher und Bademänteln war super. Die einzelnen Ferienwohnungen verfügen über sehr schön gestaltete und eingerichtete Küchen und (bis auf eines) sehr moderne, neu gestaltete Bäder. Leider war als Gästekarte nur die „normale Version“ verfügbar. Somit mussten alle Bergbahnen vor Ort voll bezahlt werden. Bei dem Mietpreis hätten wir uns sehr über die Premium-Gästekarte gefreut. Die Küche im EG (Gemeinschaftsküche) ist die älteste aller Küchen und hat sehr deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, hier wäre eine Erneuerung (wie in allen anderen Wohnungen bereits geschehen) toll.

Wunderbares Haus für Familie und Hund

Die Sauberkeit und die Grösse der Unterkunft sind gut. Die Ausstattung der Küchen ist super und die Terasse lädt zu schönen Abenden ein. Die Sauna ist toll. Die Unterkunft hat unterteilt verschiedene Küchen (in jeweils einem Stock oder Zimmer). So kann man auch unterschiedliche Familien sein und je nach Wunsch getrennt kochen.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Freunden in der Nebensaison

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet - bei der Aufteilung und Angaben zur Personenzahl muss man/frau etwas aufpassen: bei uns ging es sich gut aus mit 10 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Hatten uns etwas mehr Platz erwartet. Bei der Anzeige standen 7 Schlafzimmer, 5 Badezimmer für bis zu 21 Personen. Das ist faktisch richtig, aber doch mit 1 Doppelbett und Stockbetten usw. v.a. im 1. OG etwas eng gestellt. Insgesamt: gutes Design & gemütlich eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail - hervorragende Ausstattung zum Selberkochen sowie tolle Terrasse mit tollem Bergblick. An der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen - leider auch Schimmel vorhanden und ein paar Silberfischchen waren auch unterwegs. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb im Ortsteil Studa, es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss in den Ort. Wir waren ausserhalb der Saison, weshalb keine Bergbahnen fuhren, vom Ort und in der Nähe gibt es trotzdem Wandermöglichkeiten.

Tolles Haus. Wir waren mit drei Familien dort zum Skifahren. Alle haben ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gefunden. Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss war ideal, um gemeinsam zu essen.

Entspannter Familienurlaub im Brandnertal

Das Hau Fellner ist sehr gut geeignet für Urlaub mit der Großfamilie. Es gibt genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zu erwähnen ist die tolle Lage mit schönen Ausblicken in die Berge und die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit der Piste. Das Brandnertal haben wir als sehr familienfreundlich erlebt. Wer Party möchte ist eher fehl am Platz, das war aber in unserem Fall genau richtig, Erholung pur! Die Küche im Erdgeschoss ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, soll aber laut Besitzerin demnächst renoviert werden. Schade, dass der Jacuzzi nicht genutzt werden kann. Super wäre noch eine Abkühlmöglichkeit nach der Sauna im Freien, der kleine Bach neben dem Grundstück würde da sicher eine Möglichkeit bieten :-)

Die gute Ausstattung der Küchen und Wohnungen, obwohl wir eigentlich fast nur die Hauptküche benutzt haben ! Die Terrasse war super,auch wenn es die Mücken heftig plagten! Super Aussicht ringsum und tolle Lage! Der Bäcker ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar Kann man was gegen die Mückenplage tun? Wir vermuten,dass sie vom stehenden Wasser auf der Sauna so reichlich waren?! Sonst war alles super und sehr schön!

Kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Viel Platz für alles, gute Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Der Bach ist auch hervorragend nach einem Saunagang nutzbar. Da fällt mir Nichts ein, außer der Terrassentür in der Küche im EG - da ist der Mechanismus nicht mehr ganz i. O. Geht zwar noch verschließen, der Griff dreht aber durch, so daß nicht immer verriegelt ist. Und die Kaffeemaschine ist langsam - Entkalken wäre mal angesagt (mit der Kapselmaschine kann man aber überbrücken).
