Brandnerhus – Space for shared time

Lean back and relax – in the Brandnerhus, a place where alpine clarity, natural materials and genuine Brandner hospitality come together.

When building the house, a conscious decision was made to use local materials such as wood and stone. Both the owners and the tourism operator grew up in Brand and have known the valley since childhood. This deep rootedness in the region shapes the Brandnerhus – perceptible in the atmosphere, in the style and in the personal approach to our guests.



Facilities

The modern yet cosily furnished holiday apartment in alpine style offers space for up to six people and is ideal for families or friends who enjoy spending time together whilst still valuing privacy.

The apartment features two bedrooms and two shower rooms.

One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and offers a peaceful retreat. The second bedroom is designed as a high-quality bunk bed room. Crafted from solid wood, with warm natural tones and clean lines, it creates sheltered sleeping areas that are particularly popular with children and teenagers whilst conveying a sense of security.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and wind down the day at the dining table. The balcony offers an unobstructed view of the Brandner mountain panorama – a place for quiet mornings and relaxed evenings. In the cosy seating area, you can easily switch off, read or simply enjoy the silence.

A special highlight of the Brandnerhus is the wellness area on the ground floor. Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath provide soothing relaxation after active days in the mountains. The bright relaxation room with access to the outdoors invites you to pause between sauna sessions. Fresh, untreated Brandner spring water from the house's own well refreshes body and mind. Massages are gladly available upon request.

The Brandnerhus is also thoughtfully practical: a drying room for ski and outdoor clothing with shoe warmers as well as a separate ski and bicycle room are available.



Location

Brand is a unique year-round destination. In summer, an extensive network of hiking trails, alpine peak experiences, golf course, riding opportunities, bathing lake, climbing garden, bike park, numerous alpine huts and the Lünersee, which is under nature and landscape protection, invite you to spend varied days.

In winter, Brand delights with a family-friendly ski area, cross-country skiing trails, sledge runs, winter hiking trails and diverse leisure activities. Spring and late autumn stand for peace, wide open spaces and a particularly high recreation factor.

The location at the valley station of the Palüdbahn, just a few steps from the house, makes the Brandnerhus the ideal starting point for mountain and winter sports enthusiasts. The valley descent is considered the most beautiful and at the same time the most snow-sure in the entire Brandnertal.
