Room was clean and tidy on arrival Staff went above and beyond very helpful nothing was to much Breakfast was amazing lots of choice whatever your taste and all the food that came out looked good liked the fact juice and pasties where available as well as tea/ coffee and toast. We took our dog and again the staff order water and happily gave him a sausage for his breakfast. A lovely hotel in centre of Britain definitely worth a stop over

My wife and I stayed for just one night in a room with a mountain view. The room was decorated in a traditional country house fashion and was very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed upon our arrival by the owner who was attentive throughout our stay, as was all the staff. At first, there was an over-abundance of deference and I really wanted the staff to 'unbutton' a bit and let their own personalities shine through.
