Pool not working. Most of motel used for workers for fish house on a monthly basis. And didn't speak english. Frig didn't work. Good internet. Noisy in hallway but did sleep well. Definitely not worth price I paid on expedia. Room was close to door that was unlocked all the time. Owners were gone and staff were friendly, felt sorry for them. Advertising does not match motel. Lousy painting job in room. Heat did work, thankfully.

Arrival at Eastwood, I met with a message that there were no rooms and that Expedia was informed via the Expedia tools and still, rooms were made available in the Expedia app. I was the 4th client duped by Expedia to go for a room. Only 100+ miles driven to get to the closed door!

Bed sheets were clean, but the mattresses were old and dirty. The AC needs to be cleaned and vacuumed, I am glad my daughter wasn't staying with us her allergies would have been horrible. Pool was closed being painted. Overall, they did their best wirh updates and clean rooms, but still a ways to go. Only stayed two nights and the plus side was we didn't get bitten by bed bugs.

The bed had blood on it and the walls had yellow stuff like stained on it like cigarette smoke. I told them about this and they didn’t even bother to take care of it. They just said it wasn’t a big deal. The room I was not impressed with at all. The guy working at the front desk was confrontational about the price of the room per night.

The paint job in the room was awful, not the end of the world, but it made it feel not taken care of. When i checked at 8 and 9 am, there was no breakfast, at all, on a Sunday morning. The outlet by the sink kept tripping when i was using the hair dryer and my curler. They were very nice about allowing our pet and I appreciated the clean bedding and laminate floor. The heat worked well.

Breakfast - food selection was poor. No napkins; had to use paper towels. Had to ask for milk to be refilled. Swimming pool - unaware until check-in that was was not usable. Breakfast was sad. No hot items like picture showed, coffee pot was sad. Amenities included pool but when asked they said it was under maintenance but no sign on pool saying so. There was holes in the rooms wall that had been poorly patched. They spent a lot of money on decor but the place was still ratty. They need to upgrade not spend money on tacky decor. Fix your walls and floors and get better equipment for breakfast.
