"Great experience "

"This stay was a bit Jekyll & Hyde... The property and location were wonderful. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room, however nice, was not clean. We literally had to go out and purchase Lysol wipes and clean our own bathroom, We made the front desk aware and their response was kind and understanding. However, we were promised a reduced rate for the trouble and did not receive it (I called the front desk 4 times since receiving my final bill and couldn't get anyone on the phone). There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no toilet paper (had to go track it down from housekeeping). The restaurant on property was beautiful and the views were amazing at sunset, but the food fell flat. This hotel has all the potential in the world but if housekeeping and staff are going to fumble the small things, it will diminish its ability to thrive."

"The ac did not work they canceled my room before I even got there to pay the guy that was working was rude as heck when checking out I had to ask a few times for a receipt for the deposit and had to go back and ask for one for the room will not stay here again"

"Everything seemed high end, well thought out, and clean/cozy in the apartment. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Just be aware that it’s on the second floor of a 4-plex with thinner floors with residents to the side and below you to be mindful of. We enjoyed our stay and I’d definitely stay again!"

"Lee is an awesome host! I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Columbus! It was very clean, safe, and quiet, with thoughtful amenities such as cooking and kitchen essentials, laundry facilities, paper towels, lots of bath towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. I stayed during some cold evenings, and it was very easy to turn up the temperature control and keep the room comfortable. A Piggly Wiggly, a health food store, and downtown shops, plus a nice park, were all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if it's available for my next visit to Georgia. "
