I highly recommend taking advantage of the Jamaican Jerk Chicken bbq. We enjoyed our day around the pool and the food was fabulous.

Perfect place for a family!

We all had a great time and would definitely go back. The house was very new and the yard was well kept. I was very impressed with the stone wall and all the work the owner did to make it a special place. The kids loved the pool! Ricardo and Terri were awesome and you felt very welcomed! Thank you for a nice time !!! :)

Such nice people and a beautiful property!!!!

The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. They helped with the pool slide when we wanted to use it and even gave us fresh produce from the garden!! The house, property and pool were gorgeous. The house was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the place was so welcoming. I highly recommend this place!!!

Our family stayed the weekend and we were a mix of adults and school-age children. The home is beautiful, clean, and has e truth IG you need. The property is lovely and the pool is so nice to have. Lovely property

New, clean, quiet and perfect for our group. We went down to the area for a golf weekend and were lucky enough to find this place. Everything about it was top notch. We definitely plan on returning for another golf weekend in the future and are hopeful to get to use the back patio area a bit more, we had some consistent rain this time around.

Gorgeous, well maintained property on quiet street

Pulling into the driveway of this home, you feel like you are in Watch Hill. The stone walls, perfectly maintained landscaping, outdoor fire pit and porch exude luxury resort. The well appointed kitchen, large dining table and seating areas provide ample space to relax and enjoy meals. So happy to have found a wonderful place close to the beach and everything you need.

We loved our stay at Terri and Ricardo property! Immaculate new house, very cleaned, peaceful and my girls loved the pool! The pool slide was a hit! Pool Time!

This house is very cute, brand new and clean. We really enjoyed our time. The pool is amazing and the kids had a blast. They didn’t want to go anywhere else. On top of that, the host is so friendly and accommodating. Introduced himself soon after arriving and made us dinner one day. That is an added touch you don’t get anywhere else. We can’t wait to go back.

Terrific home and hosts

Ricardo and Terri's home is a wonderful find- close to the wedding we attended in Charlestown, beaches, restaurants. The house is great- brand new and has plenty of space. Grounds are immaculate, and the kids really enjoyed the pool! An unexpected upside was Ricardo's jerk chicken BBQ and the fresh veggie from their garden- a very nice touch. They have certainly put alot into the property and it shows. Great place!

Our stay was nice , due to the rain we’re committed to indoors but enjoyed cooking on the grill and use the kitchen that had all utensil that you would need . Enjoyed watching movies on the TV. We all slept comfortably. The next day we enjoy the the awesome Sandcastles at Misquamicut. Hope to stay again and able to use the beautiful yard and appreciate the landscape .
