This house sits only .6 mile from the main River Strand Club House. Enjoy your own private view of the Golf Course (under renovation) on your NORTH facing lanai. There is a awning for additional shade. Outdoor dining and swimming in the pool! 3 Bedrooms PLUS a Den that is tricked out as an Office with a pull out couch. This house was recently purchased and furnished with ALL NEW FURNITURE throughout the house in December 2022. Golf and Social Membership transferable! 1 month minimum rental. This gated community is a dream and you will not want to leave.
