Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being the first renters, there were different Simple’s things, like an ice cream scooper and salt and pepper shakers missing or not usable. The biggest thing was no ice maker. The microwave worked but was hard to figure out. The tvs didn’t have cable. There was no comfortable place outside to sit.
