Enjoy relaxing on the wrap around front porch or chillin' and grillin' in the back yard tropical courtyard heated pool and gas grill. The 4 bedrooms sleep 8+ and is child friendly with bed rails, Pack and Play, stair gates and highchair. The main floor master suite features a king bed, 55" Smart TV/DVD player, en'suite bath with garden tub, shower room, water closet, twin vanities and walk in closet. The 'Island Room' has a Queen Size bed and sleeps two. The favorite 'Old Florida Room' has a queen bed, and the tranquil 'Garden Room' has one King bed. This room has an available twin bed that can be set up upon request. All with ample closet space. The upper level has a spacious bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower room. Of course, all linens and towels are furnished. When it is time to come in from play, you will enjoy the comfort of the living room with it's oversized furnishings and 55"high def. Smart TV and DVD player. The extra-long sofa converts to twin bed. Direct TV and wireless high-speed internet are provided. There is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room with a table that seats 10\. Of course, you will fall in love with the large kitchen and the French doors that open to the back courtyard pool. Everything you need is ready for you including stainless appliances, island bar seating and table that seats 4\. Off the kitchen is a laundry room for those sandy suits and towels. The beds were comfortable. The home was beautiful. The owners were fantastic. Pool was awesome. Close to everything, many places. We’re walking distance and the beach drive took about 10 mins. The house is close to the Riverwalk and downtown restaurants with easy access to St Pete & Sarasota. The owners provide everything you need, including beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. This was our third time here, and as always, everything was awesome! We love the location, walking the Riverwalk and the short walk to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The house is very warm and welcoming and has everything you need and more. Gregg, Lori, and Vanessa are great hosts and communication is always timely and they will do their best to make sure you enjoy your stay. The location is convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc. The pool was a great way to relax. The time of year we rented was the 'rainy' season for FL, so there were bugs and bites that were a challenge to manage at times (more about the climate--not the rental). No stark white and gray kitchen and no gift shop slogan sign tacked up on the walls. The place has a warm welcoming family feel to it and the owners are incredibly generous by offering up their shed of chairs and coolers, a bowl of snacks on the counter, as well as coffee and filters. Walking into the house, you’re made to feel like you’ve being invited to a friend’s home. It has anything you would need for a comfortable stay and a day at the beach. The patio and the pool were a great place to relax. The owners were easy to work with. Even with our late arrival, Gregg met us at the house to show us around.
