This two bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished condo was built in August 2022 and has gorgeous views of one of two Arnold Palmer golf courses, a scenic lake, and nature preserve.
The resort style living at Lakewood National Golf and Country club includes golf, tennis, pickleball, multiple pools including poolside dining and tiki bar, clubhouse restaurant state-of-the-art fitness center, spa and a full-service salon.
A short drive to downtown Sarasota's theaters, shops, restaurants, downtown Bradenton's riverwalk and incredible beaches, including #1 rated Siesta Key.
The Condo
Located on the 3rd floor with exceptional views. The condo comes with an assigned covered parking space and additional storage unit which is perfect for storing your clubs, beach gear or hiding your suitcases to make the condo really feel like home!
The condo has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with white shaker cabinets, white quartz kitchen countertops and island, stainless steel electronics, tile floors throughout the main living areas, carpeted bedrooms and a fabulous view overlooking the lake and golf course.
The master suite has a king size bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and master bathroom with walk-in shower enclosed by modern glass shower doors. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin size beds to accommodate additional visitors and a spacious closet.
The condo includes everything you need to feel at home, from making your morning coffee to sipping a cocktail as you sit out on the screened lanai as you watch the sunset over the lake and golf course.

Lakewood National is a gated community built around two 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer. In addition to the grand clubhouse pool where the tiki bar, cafe, and full-service spa and salon are located, there are satellite pools and one is located only a few feet away from this unit. Don't forget about the lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts, pickleball courts, walking trails and so much more!
Lakewood National truly provides resort style living where every day can feel like a vacation and there is ALWAYS something to do!

Fantastic place to stay
The condo, Lakewood National and the surrounding area are exactly as described in the listing. My wife and I found the unit to be modern, spacious and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in balcony which faces south and has a view of two lakes, the golf course and nature area. Lakewood National is an outstanding place to play golf, relax by the pool, walk, ride or exercise at a well-equipped fitness facility. There are three restaurants offering great choices for pool-side, casual or formal dining. There are numerous stores and restaurants within a short drive. The host was incredibly responsive to our needs. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

LWN is Paradise
The Unit was lovely. We especially enjoyed the Lanai with a view of the golf course, beautiful sunsets and listening to birds. On a very warm Saturday evening we noticed the Air Conditioning wasn’t working. After a quick call to the owner they had a repairman there within a couple of hours!
We enjoyed many walks in the area and could walk to Club House and three swimming pools.

Beautiful Condo
Beautiful property with golf course and water view. New condo and furnishings made it very comfortable. The golf courses were well maintained and fun to play. Super owner who was very responsive. Would recommend this unit. It’s on the third floor but there is an elevator as well as stairs. The condo had great views from the lanai with lots of wildlife in the water and from the nearby preserve.

Great Accommodation - bright, shiny and new
We had a wonderful stay . Host was very helpful from the get-go and made the whole experience seamless. She was very responsive and took immediate action when we asked for a few additional items for the kitchen. Furnishings are top notch and condo is immaculate. Very bright living area overlooking golf course and forested area beyond. Plush towels and bedding. Golf community itself is very well maintained - grass always cut, flower beds well attended. The only drawback for us, and this has nothing to do with the condo, is that it is quite far from most activities. Took almost an hour to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota,, or Bradenton Beach. However, lots of grocery stores nearby, and shops at UTC within 25 minutes. Couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay at this condo.
