Paradise at Shorewalk

  • We welcome IMG guests as we are only 5 minutes from the academy! This ground floor condo contains 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen (recently renovated in 10/2023). Property is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area located within 4 miles of Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, and 5 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport. Walking distance to several grocery/ retail stores, bars, bowling alley, theatre, and many restaurants. Amenities include: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, bocce ball, basketball, ping pong, pool table, along with a playground and sandbox for children. This unit is also centrally located within a few short steps of the pool and the many amenities offered at this quiet and relaxing resort. We strive to make this your home away from home at our little place of paradise. Sorry but no animals are allowed on the property per HOA.

When we arrived, the condo was very clean and had some essentials we needed for our 1 year old that saved us the trouble of bringing it ourselves. The location was perfect for us. My stay was wonderful, everyone was very courteous and professional, the property is centrally located for easy access to the beach or to downtown Sarasota, and downtown Bradenton, the property has 2 pools tennis courts and a club house, I would definitely stay there again !

Great Place to stay

My daughter and I visited for a lacrosse tournament. Lana made communication so easy and was so accommodating to our needs. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. After long days on the lacrosse fields it was nice to come back and be able to cook a nice dinner in a kitchen that met all of our needs. The pool was an absolute bonus as the weather was beautiful.

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of five. It was easy to find, was spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The full kitchen came in handy, and there were extra touches that were just what our family needed, such as a nice selection of card and board games, as well as an assortment of beach toys. Christmas family vacation

Thank you for a great stay! My husband and my 2 teenaged sons (17 and 15) enjoyed our time for the holidays! This condo is set up perfectly and stocked with all the things you need! Family vacation

Our family was in Florida for a wedding and this place was the perfect set up for our family of 5. 2 adults and 3 kids 10,13 and 16 years of age. We weren’t on the property much as we were running around doing last minute wedding planning and going to the beach in our free time but it was great to be able to settle in the evening to a clean comfortable space. We even got an evening pickleball game in as a family and were able to catch a night in the pool (which was heated) and a relaxing hot tub soak. Lana was incredibly communicative throughout our visit with any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property, exactly as listed.

We took a short vacation to visit Anna Maria Island. The property we usually stay in was booked. We are so happy we found Lana's condo. It was just as described. The condo was clean. However, the bathroom & patio area could have been a little cleaner. They had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, all the beach items we could need and the master bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect location to different beaches and activities. The pool area was very nice, clean, & heated for the cooler days that we were there. We would highly recommend Lana's condo. Her communication was amazing as well. You won't be disappointed staying at this beautiful condo and complex!

Lovey, beach themed condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the bright colors, the flooring was beautiful, very clean.The condo has a beach closet, chairs, beach umbrella, towels, coolers, sand toys for kids. We had to ride out the hurricane for a couple of days, and we took advantage of the puzzles that we could use, there were also board games and books. Very conveniently located to Publix, Aldi and Walmart. Close to Anna Maria Island, our favorite beach was Coquina, ample parking and crystal clear water. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I will say that if you do stay at this Condo Complex with small children and want to use the pool, they have very strict pool rules, no inner tubes or pool noodles allowed. Quite frankly, the pool monitor was a bit unfriendly and that was a turn-off. We did use the pool a few times, but one time we had just gotten to the pool, there was one small clap of thunder and the pool monitor came running over and ordered everyone out of the pool area in a very ungracious way. Because of the hurricane we were unable to do a few things in the area that we had wanted to, so maybe one day we will be able to return.
