This house is huge! So many places to hang out, it could easily hold 40 people. It's in a great location, was very clean, lots of things to do in the home. The hot tub, pool, corn hold boards were a hit. We loved having a screened pool and patio. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom! It's in a safe neighborhood very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We highly recommend.

#### Perfect house for a long weekend

We stayed at the house with a group of young girls and parents for a nearby soccer tournament. The house was spacious and perfect for our trip. The amenities of the pool, hot tub, game room and movie room were a great retreat when we weren’t at the field for the kids and parents alike. The location is close to tons of food and shopping too. The house had everything we needed.

#### Great place for large families

Stayed with 19 family members. Everyone had a bed to sleep in & the house was very spacious. Loved the theater room for rainy days or nighttime movies. The pool & hot tub were very nice. It’s close to the island however it takes a bit to get over the bridges as the traffic is very heavy on & off the island. Loved that each room had newly remodeled bathroom suites. Bath & beach towels were high quality/thick. I’d definitely recommend for large groups

#### Nice, spacious home!

This house was great for our large family vacation. We love how close it is to Anna Maria Island, specifically Holmes Beach which is a favorite of ours. Lots of amenities throughout the home, and we loved playing corn hole out by the pool. We had a few minor issues, but great communication with Tony allowed for a smooth vacation!

We stayed at the Bradenton Beach House in mid-December. The house was perfect and the host was excellent! We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. We really enjoyed the screened backyard, the theater room, huge dining table, and Tony the host was perfect. Could not ask for a better house and host! We will be back!

Had a great time at the house. There were plenty of bedrooms each with their own bathroom, which was wonderful. The pool was great along with the outside games. Close to Anna Maria Island for good food on the water and shopping. Tony (owner) was extremely responsive and helpful.

The house was spacious and laid out perfectly. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kids loved the game room. Spent most time out by the pool where there was entertainment for all! Tony was a gracious and very responsive host.

#### Spring Break Getaway!

We had a great stay at this massive home. Everyone appreciated that each bedroom has its own bathroom and the theater with all the seating was perfect! The house is very clean and extremely comfortable. It has all the amenity's you could ask for: stocked kitchen, heated pool, hot tub, pool table, theater room, I could keep going. The location is perfect very close to the beach, IMG, golf courses, and multiple airports. The host is exceptional, we would highly recommend, and will be back next year!

#### Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!

We stayed at this incredible home with 4 generations of family members, 20 something people in all, and had the most amazing week! The Bradenton Beach House is so big and there are so many places to spread out and come together it was perfect! Very clean, well-stocked and appointed. All the beds were extremely comfortable, and the fact that it had a full bathroom in every bedroom was beyond perfect! We loved the neighborhood, and the back yard was so nice. Everyone loved the heated pool and the hot tub! The host was so friendly and accommodating we really couldn't have asked for a better home and location for our family getaway. We will be back!

#### Amazing Fall Break Trip

This house is so perfect and amazing. It's even better and bigger than the pictures show. We had a group of 20 people and never felt like we had a full house. There are so many spaces to spread out. We loved the decor or the huge bedrooms. The 12-ft dining room table was great for getting everyone together, and the new hot tub was definitely an unexpected hit! The house is only a few minutes away from the Anna Maria Island beaches and was an incredible value compared to the cost of staying on the island. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. This is really the perfect place for a large group. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

#### Family of 16 vacation 

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. More than enough room for our group as well as bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool, pool table, hot tub were all enjoyed! We cooked all of our meals in the huge kitchen and most of us could set at the table and eat. It was also nice to sit outside with a tv and patio set for several people all of which was all screened in. The area was great, minutes from the beach and stores! Oh the theater room was a hit for all of us too! Tony, our host was phenomenal. Super nice and quick to respond. 10/10 recommend. Can’t go wrong with ample space, bathrooms, seating, pool, pool table, hot tub. A week was not long enough!

We spent a week at this house in May and enjoyed every moment. The beach is just a short drive away, and we especially loved Manatee Public Beach. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a fantastic feature. The house is incredibly spacious! The living room is enormous, and the large dining table was perfect for group meals. All the rooms, including the bedrooms with two queen beds, are very roomy. The theater room was a hit with plenty of seating. There was so much space for everyone to spread out, it never felt crowded even with a large group. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic, with activities like corn hole, ping pong, and an outdoor TV. Check-in was smooth, everything was spotless, and the host was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we will definitely be back!

#### I wish I could give them ten stars!!’ 

We rent at least once a year from VRBO and have never had such an amazing experience!! From the genuine, caring, kind and helpful owners to the accuracy and beauty of the property to the ease of checking out. Even though Hurricane Dwbby threw us for a loop there was enough to do at the house to keep us entertained for two stormy days. The pool is a perfect place to wind down after a beach day or just float in all day! Bathroom in every bedroom plus extras, huuuge entertainment room perfect for kids to hang and sleep in and a separate living room for the adults. The beaches are all incredible, we loved Cortez for family fun with lots of shopping, fishing, mini golfing but the farther north beaches are incredibly quiet and beautiful too. We can’t thank Tony and his family enough for the memories and we can’t wait to come back!

#### Incredible Vacation Home

We stayed at this house for a week in July. We absolutely loved every minute. It's a quick drive to the beach. We loved the Manatee Public beach. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The house is huge! The living room is so big and we loved the big table that allowed everyone to eat together. All of the rooms are really big in general. The bedrooms are spacious...even the rooms with 2-queen beds, the theater room was awesome with lots of seating. There are so many places for the family to spread out, we never felt like there were 20 people in the house. It could honestly hold 2x that. The pool and outdoor area were great with so many things to do, corn hole, ping pong, outdoor tv, etc. Check in was a breeze, everything was extremely clean and most of all the host was exceptional. Thanks for the great stay, we will be back!

#### Huge Clean Home, Close to Beach

We had a great vacation at the Bradenton Beach House. The host was excellent, they obviously have this down for hosting large groups. We had 20 people and it never felt like it. The house is even better in person than the pictures. I think they are getting new photos, but the theater room has a new huge sectional couch with 2 big bean bags. We were able to get all 20 people in there to watch movies every night. Two of the bedrooms are completely different, and decorated so cool. The kids were fighting over the new rooms. The outdoor fully screened space was amazing, so many things to do. They’re in the process of adding a hot tub, which would have been amazing, but hopefully next time. We felt like we never needed to leave the house but it was only like 5 minutes to the beach. I would definitely recommend you stay here!

We had a very nice stay, the house easily accomadated my family of 5 adult couples and 6 kids. The heated pool and pickleball were big hits for the kids. The patio above the pool was so convenient to keep an eye on kids and listen to their laughter. Patio was large enough for most to sit around,playing cards, games and enjoying some drinks. Location was quiet,with a short easy drive to Anna Maria Island and beaches. Communication from host was superb.

Our family stayed at the Mango Manor while we celebrated our father’s birthday. The home had plenty of space for all of us and something for everyone to do. We all especially enjoyed the pool, pool table, and theater room. The large table allowed us to eat together. The location was very close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. Communication about check in and property details was outstanding. One note, there are a few steps to navigate when accessing the pool table, theater, and 2 first floor bedrooms thar renter should be aware of. There are several wall mounted baby gates as well which we found helpful.
