Guests are required to either authorize a refundable temporary $500 security deposit hold (not a traditional security deposit, not an actual charge, released if no damage/excessive cleaning), OR opt in for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.  
  
The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

Honestly we want to stay everything was absolutely incredible. Since the beginning of the reservation all the way to the communication with the host. She was always very kind and responsible. Then when we got to the house they offered us the service of organizing all our food and drinks and that was spectacular. Then we were really utterly suprised with the cleanliness and organization of the house, especially since we are so picky with that. It was so clean we felt as if we were in our own home. We have never seen something like this in a rented house. The quality of the towels and the bed sheets were absolutely amazing and in great shape. All the technology was up to date and comfortable. The house was so comfortable and amazing we decided to stay in the house one day to be able to enjoy all the amenities. The pickleball court, the golf, the pool, the movie theater. Everything really amazing. And to finalize our stay the day before we left we decided to watch a movie all together as a family in the movie theater. Once again we were impacted with the great quality of the house. There was not one thing that was wrong and we recommend this house 100%. We will be back soon, I know it. Thank you for everything

My family had a wonderful time! The house was great and everyone enjoyed everything it offered. (the only thing it was missing was a few more bigger pans/storage containers for cooking for a big family) The beach chairs/towels and umbrellas were awesome for the beach. Jeana was great and responded quickly anytime I texted her. We would definitely stay here again!
