#### Clean, comfortable stay

House was clean and as described. Fenced in yard was was great for our dog, but the landscaping could use some attention. Only complaint was the main bedroom closet was locked for "owner's use" so there was no place to hang clothes except the other bedrooms. Kitchen was large and we'll equipped.

The house was so fitting. I was quite pleased with it. The management company was frustrating. Fortunately I am friends with the owner, otherwise I would have been locked out of the house. When the shower wouldn't stop running I realized that the phone number the mgmt co provided was no longer in service. Again to the owner. If I was a regular guest it would have been frustrating, I was fortunate that the owner was functional and could contact the incompetent property manager. Upon arrival there was a gallon of Round Up sitting on the first piece of furniture I walked into. House gets 5 stars, property manager get 1 star, much improvement is needed on their end.
