  • Welcome to The Seven Winds! This luxurious new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an amazing vacation! The condo overlooks the magnificent resort-like amenities which include a heated pool, splash pad, gas BBQ grills and playground. It is equipped with everything you could need including a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer, King size bed in master suite, double beds in 2nd bedroom, Smart TVs, Sonos, high speed WiFi, A/C and screened in lanai with bar and fire pit.

    One Particular Harbor offers award winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island including a grand marina with wet slip and dry storage also on the property. This magnificent rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation as it is equipped with many stunning amenities! If guests prefer to stay for 30 days or more, additional amenities are included such as waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, hot tub, fully equipped fitness center, Sky Bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail stretching 2 1/2 miles along the quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.
