When walking in the front door you are greeted by a wonderful living room with sliding glass doors that open right up to an amazing view of the saltwater pool. The living room offers a Roku smart TV and comfortable seating for all of your entertainment needs. A foldable work station is available as well if you have to complete some work while away. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals and be able to eat in and enjoy the house! A few bonus items include a french press, slow cooker, rice cooker, air fryer as well as a Keurig. For seating, you have a dining room table inside as well as additional seating around the kitchen bar. A high chair as well as a pac-n-play is available for use as well. The back has a screened-in pool area as well as a large covered area when enjoying your days poolside! The back deck offers a few sun chairs and a table with an umbrella and stools for enjoying the Florida Sun! An additional TV is mounted outdoors for you to enjoy while sitting poolside! You can sit back and relax here since it is encompassed by the very private and tranquil backyard. As an added bonus you even have a poolside full bathroom that can only be accessed from the pool deck. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The property offers a split floor plan with the Master Bedroom on the right side of the house along with two additional bedrooms on the left side of the house. Arrived to a back & front yard issue.huge tree stumps that needed removal. Called & text to see if people were coming to remove while we were there but no answer until noon the next day after arriving. People showed up to work ALL day the next morning & made mess. No pool as guys were in yard all day. Left garbage in yard, debris seeped thru screened area. Broken glass in driveway. No one came to clean up so we had to do it so we could enjoy back pool area and not get flat tire on vehicles on driveway. Kept saying waiting for owner to contact agency but it was silent. As soon as I asked what kind of compensation we could receive for the total disturbance we never heard back from anyone. Lost a whole day of enjoying place as it was noisy with chain saws, tractor & guys working. No compensation and no follow up. Not sure if I’ll ever use service again. It was disappointing to say the least. Had kids with us and they wanted to use pool and yard. House was clean and nice. Had a maintenance issue and they sent someone to fix. ##### corinne m. This house was great for spending time at the beach and pool with small children! The house had plenty of beach items.
