Beautiful Condo Close To Beaches
- This beautiful condo is nicely furnished. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 car garage. There is a King size bed in the Master bedroom with ensuite bath, another King bed in the second bedroom, and Queen bed in the third bedroom, as well as office working space with executive size desk and an office chair for your work. Large kitchen with granite counter-top with everything you need for cooking. 65" TV in the living room, 32" TV in the master bedroom. Modern faux leather living room sofas set with five recliners!
It has a fully stocked linen closet with towels, linens, beach towels; and a washer and dryer. Free WiFi, HD cable, and landline phone (free calls in the US and Canada).
You can relax on the lanai overlooking the big lake, or take a dip in the swimming pool or soak in the spa. The lake is stocked with fish, so you can fish there. In the clubhouse there is a ping-pong table, exercise room, sauna and a library.
In the garage you will find two bicycles, big umbrella and beach chairs for your use. Take 10 min. bicycle ride to Robinson Nature Preserve.
Located close to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, and a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. It is the perfect location! Come relax and enjoy!!
