First and foremost the house was extremely clean which we have not experienced with previous rentals, so that was a great start. The house was a perfect size for our family, we spent the majority of our time hanging out by the pool. As previous reviews mention, the pool is not Olympic size by any means but provided hours of fun for the 4 of us. We loved that it was a salt water pool rather than chlorine!From the kitchen, to the grill, to outside games, pool toys and beach amenities, this house provided everything you need to enjoy a vacation either at the house or venturing to the beach.The location is great with a quick 5 mile drive over to Anna Maria Island, we spent a lot of time at Cortez Beach and Coquina Beach. Plenty of restaurants around and there is a Walmart and Grocery store just a couple miles away as an easy way to stock up for a weeks stay.If I had to find an issue, it would only be the main bedroom king size bed. There was significant "divots" in the mattress, especially on the left hand side which wasn't ideal but also not a deal breaker.Overall this is a wonderful house that we would definitely come back to next time. ##### Jason C.
