The neighborhood was mostly older homes mixed with some mobile homes but we felt completely safe. Candy was an excellent hostess who lives in the same house so was available for any needs we had, but gave us complete privacy. The unit is very clean,cozy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location is perfectly situated for easy driving distance to Longboat Key, Sarasota, Anna Maria, or Bradenton. Lots of great beaches and states parks nearby also. ##### Barbara B. We found everything we needed and appreciated having access to laundry facilities. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood with a little park just a few blocks away. The only downside of the location was the long line of traffic getting to the beach each day, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the lovely area and we would be happy to rent this place again if we were in the area. ##### Melanie J.
