Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We reached out to the host on our check in day because we didn’t get the check in information. They never responded. At 7pm when we had travelled hours to get there they messaged us through VRBO that they had made a mistake and double booked their property and it was occupied. We had no place to stay! No further communication from them.
