This new two bedroom 2 bath condo offers a partial courtyard view and spacious accommodations. The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo includes a king sized bed, a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee. Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open on the property. Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. The master bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure and was hot. We enjoyed cooking in most day as the kitchen was really nice. We were a little nervous with our view of parking lot but it was quiet and we enjoyed the palm trees in front of porch, birds singing in the morning, and a glimpse of a sunset each night through the buildings made it special for us! The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and location were perfect. Beautifully decorated, spacious, well stocked kitchen, clean, and we felt very safe in the gated community. Enjoyed the covered parking, the storage unit with a wagon, umbrella, beach mats, and beach chairs. Manatee Beach was no more than 5 minutes over the bridge, as well as shops, restaurants, Publix, Historic Bridge Street, and many other Anna Maria Island landmarks, piers, and beaches. The only thing I would suggest is not advertise as a pool view. The condo was on the pool side but the view was the back of the pool house, it didn't matter to us, but some people may expect a view of the actual pool.
