This new two bedroom 2 bath condo offers a partial courtyard view and spacious accommodations. The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo includes a king sized bed, a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee. Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open on the property. Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. We were a little nervous with our view of parking lot but it was quiet and we enjoyed the palm trees in front of porch, birds singing in the morning, and a glimpse of a sunset each night through the buildings made it special for us! The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and location were perfect. Beautifully decorated, spacious, well stocked kitchen, clean, and we felt very safe in the gated community. Enjoyed the covered parking, the storage unit with a wagon, umbrella, beach mats, and beach chairs. Manatee Beach was no more than 5 minutes over the bridge, as well as shops, restaurants, Publix, Historic Bridge Street, and many other Anna Maria Island landmarks, piers, and beaches. The only thing I would suggest is not advertise as a pool view. The condo was on the pool side but the view was the back of the pool house, it didn't matter to us, but some people may expect a view of the actual pool.
