This ground floor condo with beautiful views is directly across the street from the white powder sand beach. Slow down and experience the charm of "Old Florida". Enjoy beautiful sunsets. Walk to nearby unique shops and restaurants, even a fishing pier. The condo is on the South end of Anna Maria Island in Bradenton Beach in sunny and warm Florida. The island has seven miles of sandy, white gulf coast beach and crystal clear water. Three things make the island stand out: unbelievable beach, numerous waterfront restaurants, and a restriction on building height (no high rises). The beach top rated for its soft power white sand, the water is clear and warm. You can still find sea shells, sand dollars, plenty of fish. The wildlife is abundant. You can see dolphins, manatees, and birds year round. Turtle nests are common in the summer. There are many unique waterfront restaurants, even right on the sand. You really feel like you are on an island but over the bridge and you are back to the convenience of the city. This two bedroom/one bath condo is in a 5 unit apartment building on a residential street. The beach décor throughout brings the island feel inside. There are wonderful Gulf views from both the living/dining area and master bedroom. The apartment has plenty of natural light. This well-appointed home sleeps four. There is new queen bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a new queen bed with 43 inch smart TV. Enjoy a 65 inch smart television in the living room while lounging on the cozy sofa with a soft throw. Access wireless high speed internet from anywhere in the apartment. The fully equipped and updated granite kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with icemaker, glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, large slow cooker, coffee maker, tea kettle and blender. You will find pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and even bakeware. Set the table with classic white dishes, serving platters and flatware. Toast to a beautiful sunset with wine and champagne glasses. Enjoy a day on the beach. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, cooler even a beach cart to carry it all. There is a portable beach card/domino table at your disposal. Then come back and rinse off in your own private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. You will appreciate the convenience of a private indoor laundry with a full size washer and dryer. IDEAL LOCATION:The condo is on the desirable south end of Anna Maria Island. The street has Sarasota Bay on one end and the beach on the other. The apartment has a direct beach view and access to the beach is across the street just a few steps away. Take a short walk to historic Bridge Street with its eclectic shops, one of a kind restaurants and bars many with live entertainment. Bridge Street ends in the picturesque fishing pier with a quaint clock tower. You can buy bait and rent fishing rods at the pier or grab a bite at the restaurant. Walk or bike on the paved trail along the beach to the southern tip of island. There you will find beautiful views, a great fishing spot, BBQ and picnic area and Coquina Bay Walk. The condo is to a close trolley stop. Tour the island on the free trolley that offers many stops from one tip of the island to the other. This condo is a corner unit on the ground level. There are no stairs to deal with, a hard feature to find on the island. This small complex offers plenty of green space on a quiet residential street. It's located on a dead end street. The front porch has a gas grill for your private use. The high top patio set provides seating for 4 on the front porch. Sit in the screened in back porch and relax. The island has seven miles of white soft beach, no high rises, no chain stores or restaurants. The beach top rated for its soft power white sand, the water is clear and warm. You can still find sea shells, sand dollars, plenty of fish. The wildlife is abundant. You can see dolphins, manatees, and birds year round. Turtle nests are common in the summer. There are many unique waterfront restaurants, even right on the sand. You will love this condo and location. I cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes... We also grilled lots. There are chairs and an umbrella to bring to the beach. Beach towels were supplied as well. You can walk to Bridge Street to shop, eat, and drink. We had a huge Packer fan with us so the Packer bar at the end of Bridge Street was amazing! Communication was excellent. We would definitely choose this location again. ##### Dawn H. Rental is clean and comfortable with all the amenities. All of the usual beach items plus more are available for you to use. Additionally having a washer and dryer is a plus. Just an fyi- we were there during the season and the road out front was bumper to bumper traffic for hours especially on the weekend. People were kind and you could cross the road but just not especially relaxing to sit outside in front. Additionally, this is a ground floor unit so depending on who is upstairs it could be loud- you can hear walking, etc. The beach access is right across the street and so beautiful. The condo is beautiful and clean! The beaches are gorgeous and just steps out the door. We loved sitting on the front porch listening to the ocean and watching the cars go by in the evenings. The manager was an excellent communicator and the check in was very easy. The condo interior was very clean and has a very cozy layout. The kitchen was well stocked with ALL the essentials. The condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach, like chairs, cooler, umbrella and many other little niceties. The location is great. This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. Much thought was taken to equip guests with the beach essentials--chairs, umbrella, towels, cart. Bikes and washer/dryer were also a plus. The condo is beautifully decorated and is very cozy and comfortable. We loved how we could sit outside and see the beach right across the street. The beach chairs could use some updating, though. They are not really beach chairs, but the kind of chairs that fold up into a bag. The beach is right across the street. Within walking distance of every place we wanted to go. Walking trail across the street. Had a couple questions for Mayra, and she responded pretty quickly. We just returned from a wonderfully restful stay at this lovely condo located in the heart of Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. The condo is beautifully appointed and well stocked for all your beach and living needs. Our hostess was always available to answer any questions. It was also nice to have a few of the essentials such as paper towel, spices , coffee filters, vinegar and oil provided. The condo was very clean and we settled right in to the comfortable pace of beach living. The beach is just a few steps away (across the street -which can be busy!). The beach is wonderful with soft sand and beautiful blue waters. Rarely was it overly busy and the chairs provided by the owner, were perfect for some serious beach relaxing (and reading!). The local restaurants and shops are a short walk away. The owners kindly left a great list of their favorites places to go which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this lovely condo to anyone who wishes a laid back beach experience on the beautiful island of Anna Maria. ##### Kate B.
