Seagrass Flats Unit 1 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that is located less than 75 steps to the Gulf and has a shared heated pool. This unit has been completely renovated both inside and out. Bathrooms and kitchen feature quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring throughout. Full-size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, new fans/lighting and the interior is perfectly decorated, with new, very comfortable furniture and bedding, walk-in shower, flat-screen smart TV's. The location of Seagrass Flats is ideal; you have the Gulf across the street with its aqua-blue water and soft sands for a swim, sunbathing, or a nice walk; a playground park and bay fishing at the end of the street. An easily accessible free-island trolley to travel the 7-mile Island makes this your ideal vacation destination. This condo offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make a full-course meal or quick snack while the living room has plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen, smart TV. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom while bedroom two features a king-size bed and flat screen TV.
