SUGAR REEF "B" One Minute Walk to the Beach!

  • NO HURRICANE DAMAGE at this Sweet Island Retreat! All of the tranquility and luxury you desire will be found here. All new, inside and out! Sugar Reef is a duplex so it both units may be rented for a larger group. See Listing # 684977 for SUGAR REEF "A". Each unit can accommodate 4 guests. With vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan the unit has an open, beachy vibe.

    You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks for direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground.

    LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
    Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the FREE trolley to ride the full length of the island. A short 20 minutes drive by car to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.

Perfect location!

Location could not be beat. We lived walking a block either way to see sunrise or get to the beach. Laura was a pleasure to work with, and the home is clean, well stocked, and perfect. We would love to return!

My friend and I truly enjoyed this place. A bock to the gulf one way and a block to the Bay the other way. Was extremely clean and furnished with everything we needed. Very safe area.

3-minutes' walk to a beautiful beach. Multiple restaurants and bars within about a mile. Unit had every amenity we needed, including a stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs, screened porches, and A/C. Would rent again!

This place is a gem!!! Very short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities needed for the beach: chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, etc! They had the most comfortable beds! Decorated cute with everything you need for the kitchen!! I would highly recommend this place and location!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Reef! The king-sized bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We also appreciated the close proximity to the beach and the excellent communication from the property manager.
