Getting a little run down

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we've stayed here foe the last 3 years. love the location. The common areas are getting a bit run down and could use some cosmetic repairs. A good amount of mold on the ceiling of the master shower.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed there before, and the location is the best; however, the overall condition of the resort is declining, at least for some units. The one we stayed in desperately needed an update. Doors didn't close, and kitchen cabinets were broken. It needed a good cleaning. We love the location, and if you are not staying indoors much, it is great, but the individual units really need updating, especially for the price we paid.
