It is nestled away on a quiet street just off of Gulf Drive and a few minutes walk to the white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Located within walking distance to the many shops and restaurants in Bradenton Beach, this home will give you everything you want in an island escape, while still allowing you the luxuries that you would hope for on a tropical vacation. Featuring a private, heated, pool and outdoor dining area, it will be hard to beat! As you retire for the evening, downstairs you will find an oversized master KING bedroom and ensuite bath complete with walk-in shower, large vanity, and Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, you will find the 2nd bedroom with a KING bed and private ensuite bathroom. The large deck directly off this KING bedroom benefits from continual sea breeze while allowing you to admire the beautiful Gulf views. Downstairs also features the 3rd bedroom complete with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and TV for guests of all ages to enjoy. \*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. \*\*\*OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES\*\*\* Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. The location is very convenient to the beach (like 90 seconds) and the pool was great! The house was very clean, and it was big enough for my husband and myself along with our pack of teenagers.
