We walked to restaurants on bridge street and to the beach. The 2 kitchens were very nice to have with different families staying on both levels. We had the best time! The water was fabulous, some of us swam off the pier and one morning we got a visit by a Manatee while we were floating in the water. Absolutely the highlight of our trip! House has everything you need, we could walk to the sandy beach, water front eateries and bars, any number of great restaurants and shops. The place is ideal if you don’t want to have to load up the car all the time, but still feel like your a little secluded. ##### Ed D. Great dock for boat. The dryer upstairs didn’t work and the floors needed a deep cleaning but overall the house is very nice and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. ##### Debra B. Having two kitchens and lots of room to spread out was wonderful. The pool area is a great gathering spot. Golf cart was key to getting around town easily. Property is in a great secluded area. The pool was great, we had a great time fishing in the canal & had a great time at the beach as it is only a few blocks walk. The house is very large & accommodated all of us very well. We had a problem with the shower not having hot water but someone came and fixed it right away. It was nice there is a grill to cook outdoors. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch area on the upper floor of the house. Overall I would highly recommend this property. ##### Tracy C. Walking distance from bats, restaurants and shops. We brought our boat and went to the sandbar, had a great time. The house was perfect, alittle sand on floors but no big deal. Our party included me and my husband,ouradult kids and their spouses and 6 grandkids ranging from young adults to 3 months. The house was perfect for every age. We took full advantage of the things to do around us. The pool was perfect. The marina is just next door so we took an evening dolphin cruise, rented a golf cart and we found everything we needed to fish off the dock there The beach is a short walk from the house and you couldn’t ask for a nicer beach. Lots of great places to eat with easy walks in Bradenton beach Everything about our trip was great and we plan to stay at the Bay front house again next year.
