A apartamento é como nas fotos, com vista da sala para o mar. Estava limpo e organizado quando chegamos. A cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar lá. Dentro do condomínio existe uma padaria que tem alguns itens de supermercado e em Bracuí existe um mercado, açougue, peixaria, farmácia etc. A praia privada do condomínio fica de frente para o apartamento. A água é bem tranquila e morna, ótimo para crianças. O condomínio é bem cuidado, nosso filho amou brincar no gramado na frente do apartamento. Uma pena foi só que choveu a maior parte dos dias... Um ponto que poderia melhorar seriam as cadeiras da sala. São de vime e já estão meio deformadas, com risco de cair para trás se você apoiar no encosto. Imóvel bem cuidado, com toda infra e boas acomodações. Exatamente como anunciado. Recomendo ! O dono é muito zeloso e muito boa praça ! Existem boas atrações como passeios de barco, restaurantes, etc. Mas nada se compara a praia, com águas calmas e quentes, fantástica! A cerejinha do bolo é tomar café da manhã com esse visual. Somos de São Paulo, ficamos meio que com receio pelo fato de ser longe, mas quando chegamos ao local, todo o cansaço da viagem foi embora, só de acordar de manha e ver aquela paisagem, tomar um café da manha olhando o mar é fora do normal, ambiente aconchegante, comporta 6 pessoas tranquilo, todos os utensílios em perfeito estado, casa limpa, restaurantes e um mini mercadinho/padaria próximo ao local, Sr Sergio muito atencioso desde o começo, tirou todas as duvidas, como era minha primeira visita a RJ, nem foi preciso ir conhecer outras praias ficamos somente na do condomínio que mais parece uma lagoa de tão calma, isso sem contar nos iates que ficam passando com a marina ao lado, uma verdadeira paisagem, recomendo e voltaremos novamente com um tempo a mais de estádia. " Lugar maravilhoso, condomínio excepcional: tranquilo, seguro e lindíssimo... Pra chegar é simples, estrada bem sinalizada e em boas condições! Local com bons restaurantes, ótimos mercados ( completos e bem pertinho ) e tudo que necessário for. Já no tocante à casa, é isso aí mesmo que vocês estão vendo nas fotos: literalmente pé na areia...!!! Daquelas de que se você esquecer de levar a gelada antes de sair de casa, em menos de 30 s, você volta à geladeira, pega e retorna pra praia! Enfim, o lugar é ótimo, o apartamento é super completo e funcional, e o proprietário é gente finíssima!!! Podem locar e ir sem medo..." Nos encontraremos lá brevemente...Abraço a todos!!!
