Tucked away on a peaceful residential street, the house offers a perfect combination of generous space, modern amenities, and homely charm. As you enter, the large living area welcomes you with a feature fireplace and plenty of seating — ideal for unwinding after a busy day. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats six and opens onto the rear garden through elegant French doors, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen is exceptionally large and well designed, with quality appliances, ample worktop space, and all the cookware needed for preparing meals. At the end of the kitchen, a utility room houses additional appliances, while a fully equipped home office makes remote work convenient and private. Upstairs, the property includes a very large master bedroom with en-suite, two further double rooms, and a charming single bedroom — all designed for restful comfort. A modern family bathroom completes the upper level. The enclosed rear garden is beautifully maintained, with two separate seating areas. We are a pet-friendly organisation. However, a significant number of problems led to a poor rating:-1\. Leftover food found in the fridge! 2\. The lounge blind was broken (unusable)3\. The main bedroom blackout blind was broken (unusable)4\. Stale cigarette smoke smell in the main bedroom 5\. The ensuite shower only deserves 3 out of 106.The ensuite toilet seat needs replacing ughh 7\. One tea towel for 6 days and no kitchen hand towels8\. Not much cutlery/mugs (visitors round for a meal). 9\. Cigarette butts on the patio. To be fair more cutlery and mugs arrived and the patio swept, though we weren’t comfortable with someone entering the property when we weren’t there. Then, we used the main oven for the first time and, unbeknown to us a baking tray had been left in the oven with leftover food on it. So, when we opened the oven the smoke and smeech was horrendous, setting off the smoke alarm and putting the dog into a panic! Subsequently, the baking tray had been taken while we were out, but this time the front door was left unlocked!A mixed experience which should have been an enjoyable one.
