Staff were very friendly & all spoke good English (which was great as our French was limited). They were especially helpful in suggesting things to see, restaurants to eat at, routes (walking or trams) to take, etc. They arranged early taxi for trip to airport, etc. just overall the best!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (268 reviews)
The shower was part of the bedroom only see through glass separated it from the bed room. There was no privacy in the bedroom. The toilet was separate.no hand washing sink in the toilet. The shower + sink light disturb your partner in the bed. Worst room I have stayed in, in the last 30 years. It wasn’t worth the price paid.

8/10 Very good! (1,000 reviews)
"The room was fairly good size and not bad. But the bed was awful. Had a hard time sleeping the night. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were sort of arrogant. Didn’t seem like they wanted to help much."
