Newly Built, Private, Lakefront Muskoka Cottage

Welcome to your perfect Muskoka getaway! This newly built private cottage is tucked away in a quiet setting surrounding by mature tress and boasts 300ft of waterfront. The cottage has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as a large open concept living room with wall to wall windows with a view of the lake. Outdoor days can be enjoyed by swimming in the lake, relaxing on the dock, the large private deck, or the screened in sun porch. Inside, includes two heated electric fireplaces and a television with a wide selection of live channels plus free on-demand movies and series. A general store, with basic groceries is a 5 minute drive away, or the town of Bracebridge is a 15 minute drive away.
