This is a serious failure in providing a secure environment and represents a clear liability concern. In addition, I am currently 5 months pregnant and have an autoimmune condition that has already caused significant physical distress. Due to the conditions at this property and lack of immediate assistance, I have been left without safe shelter during a winter storm, in rain and snow, which has further impacted my health. This situation involves: • A confirmed medical issue related to bed bug exposure • A documented safety and security failure • Lack of staff response during an emergency • Resulting displacement without safe accommodation ."
