Close to the Fairgrounds, it offers 400 Meg internet and a 220-volt EV charging port! Managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, the house spans 1,200 sq ft with a breezeway featuring a 2-person hot tub, bike parking, and a large, private patio with flowers, raised garden beds, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ grill. Off-street parking is available under a covered roof and along the side street, with shade trees in the front yard to keep it cool, aided by a window AC unit and a solar attic fan. The primary bedroom has a barn wood king bed, and the 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, both with top-of-the-line Simmons mattresses. A utility bathroom in the downstairs laundry room includes a shower. Remodeled with hardwood floors and a tiled kitchen, the home boasts a stylish kitchen and an extra-large double-head slate shower.
