We have a 3 year old so being right next to a school with a lot of commotion in the mornings was not a downside for us. Everything in the house is semi-automatic and not very well labeled. You’ve got to go in the app just to figure out how to open/close the blinds. Everything seems extremely nice but didn’t necessarily operate as they should. The sauna shower was one thing we really looked forward to but it was extremely temperamental. We had to turn everything on and let it run for 15-20 minutes before coming to life. For the price, we had a lot of high hopes for this place but sadly less than satisfied.
