Please be advised that there is currently construction taking place in the building, and the balcony may not be available for use. Additionally, the jacuzzi and beach pool are undergoing maintenance and are currently closed.



The lap pool remains open and available for your use.

Parking space rule: This unit includes a free assigned parking assigned in the garage. The parking space is compact. Vehicles may not exceed 18 feet in length and must fit completely within the assigned, marked parking space. Guests with oversized vehicles must park their vehicles with Valet. Valet parking is available at a charge of $15.00 per day, which the guests are responsible for. The parking permit must be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle, clearly visible through the front windshield, at all times while parked in the garage. Parking violations may result in the unit owner being subject to the applicable fines, and the vehicle may be subject to towing.

All Casa Costa Check-Ins must register their vehicle with the front desk of Casa Costa. The guest will need to provide Driver’s license and Vehicle information.

The HOA management office does not allow any packages to be delivered to guests. If you violate this rule, you will be charged $100 fine. This is not negotiable.



DOG RULES (If you have your pup with you)

No more than 1 dog permitted per stay.

Please: *pick up all messes after pup

*never leave the dog unattended without a kennel

*have dog leashed when outside of the unit

*do not let your dog swim/drink/play in the pool/hot tub if the listing has these amenties

*all vet records must be updated and presented if asked while on-premises - especially Flea/Tick treatment information



REMINDER: There are exterior cameras on the premises



Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.

Pool:

2 Pools (Beach style and Lap Pool) and jacuzzi!



Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners.

For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building.

Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike.



Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations

section 2.10 regarding pets:



a) Pet Ownership

ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office.

v. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, terraces, patios and/or lanai areas.



c) Common Areas/Lobby

i) A pet must be on a maximum 6’ leash and under control at all times when in public or common interior areas of the building (including hallways) as well as on exterior property, adjoining sidewalks, etc.

iii. Pets are not allowed to roam freely or play in the hallways or any other interior common areas.



d. Pet Waste / Relief

i. Each Unit Owner and each Occupant shall be responsible for immediately picking up after any animal kept in such Unit Owner’s or Occupant’s respective Unit, including, without limitation, removing any waste deposited by such animal anywhere on the Common Elements or anywhere on the Property. Residents must pick up excrement deposited by their pets on Association grounds

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Vacation Insurance is highly recommended.
