"There was black mold on the bathroom walls and shower floor. We complained and asked for a different room which they could not accommodate as they were sold out. They cleaned the mold off the bathroom walls but said they couldn’t do anything more to the shower floor and would regrout it AFTER we checked out…no good to us! We asked for towels in the room and the garbage to be taken out of the room and only got the towels late the next day when we went to the reception desk and demanded them, also leaving them the overflowing trash bag on their front reception desk. The worst service we have ever experienced!!! "
