"I was staying with my daughter and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful and we love the amenities, especially the pool and beach. The only negative is the check in process which is extremely slow. There was not enough staff and the line was very long. Needs to be fixed/process automated more"

"Property is new and clean our overall stay exceeded expectations. I have a few items for improvement: The coffee bar near the front desk needs better attention as coffee was often empty. As most people use the internet for coming and going the front desk staff seemed to have a lot of time on their hands which could be used to monitor the coffee bar. On weekends the breakfast kitchen staff is overwhelmed and more staff is needed to keep the eggs, meat, and potatoes supplied to the serving stations.The kitchen area coffee machine is impractical for the volume of customers. During our visit one of the two elevators was not working and the working elevator was making disconcerting noises. These comments are in the spirit of improving a new facility; as said at the beginning of my comments our overall stay exceeded our expectations."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we were able to upgrade our room. The extra bed was only $40 and was absolutely worth it. We also used the barbecue and called ahead to make sure it was working. Even though it was a rainy day, everything worked perfectly! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the location was so close to Wasaga Beach, which was a huge plus. A special thank you to Rina and Raj for their kindness, great communication, and for even providing us with ice when we needed it. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely come back. Such a well-maintained place with wonderful people running it. Thank you so much!"

"Everything about our stay was easy! I was with my mom who uses a walker and had requested a room with a shower stall, not tub and with an actual sitting chair, not just desk chair. We got a very spacious king room with a couch. Check in was easy, parking was just in front, navigating up to our room was easy for her. The room also had a nice kitchen counter with sink, microwave & fridge. The room has light blocking shades and overall was very comfortable & clean. I loved the pool and the coffee/tea station in lobby. We saw a few dogs so they obviously welcome pets and we were not bothered by that. The morning breakfast had everything you need, all the basics and was kept filled & clean. All staff we met were very friendly. The Hotel is in a lovely spot on edge of Orangeville and I would highly recommend if you need to stay in the area"
