This home features 1 bedroom, plus a bonus room with private door that serves as 2nd bedroom. The home can technically accommodate up to 8 guests - however for comfort, the triple bunk set is more ideal for singles or small children as there is not a lot of gap room between the bunks. We recommend an occupancy of 5 if all adults. This home features a full custom designed and renovated kitchen, fireplace, and private entry where you can drop your skis at the door and get to the fun! Make sure to take advantage of the boot warmers! Every aspect of this home has been designed/renovated to ensure the most comfort, relaxation, and convenience - while providing a luxury experience. The master bedroom features a queen bed with private ensuite - including custom designed master bath with all the luxury touches. In a custom built enclave area, with private door, you will find a bonus room that offers a Triple Queen bunk set - that features three queens in a three tiered bunkbed - giving this 1 bedroom plus bonus room home the unique ability to house the whole family! Reviewer Comments: We did last minute trip for spring break. Location was perfect for our family of four and small dog. Condo had everything that we needed, only knock was the temperature control. Baseboard heating and for 3 nights we could not get it right. Either way too hot or freezing. We would stay here again for a short stay with 4 or less people. We really enjoyed the location, short walk to Boyneland lift & ski in. Nicely stocked unit, towels, linens clean! Luckily no one was upstairs so noise was not an issue.We like room temps around 64 & there was no way the bedroom ever got there - we actually opened window during day to cool place down & had reached out to property manager for ideas/ tip & didn’t get help. Last night I actually slept on couch as it was just too hot.if it weren’t fir the heat issue, I’d be booking for next year!! ##### Lisa M. Reviewer Comments: Updated condo in a nice location. Pricey over the holidays but that seems to be everywhere. The only negative is that this condo if on the lower level and we could hear the folks upstairs stomping around quite a bit - not a deal breaker, but not a first choice if there would be an upper condo available knowing what we know now.
