Boasts heated floors, a private patio, fireplace and beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Enjoy a roasting marshmallows around our firepit and cooking your favorite meal on our shared access outdoor grill. Fully renovated in 2022, you will not be disappointed in the loft styling and amenities our schoolhouse has to offer. Sleeps 6, 2 private bedrooms with attached bathrooms. 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and 1 pullout sofa. Located right near downtown where Boyne City has many cute coffee shops, restaurants, retail shopping as well as the year round Farmers Market every Saturday. We are 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay for skiing and waterpark fun! As well as nearby beaches and marinas make enjoying Lake Charlevoix easy! We have ski/beach lockers for each unit to keep your equipment safe and clean during your stay. 10-20 minutes away from Charlevoix, Petoskey and Walloon Lake. Property was exactly as pictured… beautiful! Well furnished kitchen to prepare a snack or meal. Great location, just 4 blocks north of Red Mesa Grill / Provisions Wine Lounge & market and 4 blocks east of the farmer’s market at the water’s edge. An easy, safe walk for dinner, drinks, ice cream and shopping. Quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed coffee on our balcony in the morning and playing cards later… comfortable lounge furniture as well as a patio table set. Had to contact the property handyman because we couldn’t get the electronic lock to work on our 2nd morning. He came right over, only needed the batteries changed and we were on our way. If I had to find a negative, it’s time for new bathroom towels. They felt worn, not nearly as luxurious as the rest of the property. A few more spare towels would be nice too. My husband and I stayed in loft 3 with another couple. We were happy to find a property with two master suites. We’ll consider staying at School House Lofts again if we’re in the area. ##### linda t.
