In the heart of downtown Boyne City, this main-floor condo sits on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy access to the pool, beach and lake too. Step inside to discover a fully renovated, luxurious beachfront condo designed for comfort & style. With top-quality furnishings & thoughtful details, every element has been curated to make you feel at home. Book your stay and experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure! We live locally and are available when needed. We can always be reached on the app. Located in The Landing condo complex your rental is on the main floor. You can walk out your living room to your private patio which overlooks Lake Charlevoix and the shared condo pool (available Memorial Day through mid September). There is also a private association beach on Lake Charlevoix. A wonderful spot to swim with the family while on vacation. Rentals in June-Labor Day run Saturday to Saturday with a 7 day minimum. Boat slip available for rent, please inquire as there are regulations that must be agreed upon before boat can be launched. (max 25' LOA, no pontoon boats) This is a no smoking, no pets (association rules), no party condo. Garage, condo entrance and patio are private. Shared space includes the green lawn, pool, beach, and boat docks Main floor condo located at The Landing in Downtown Boyne City. It was renovated in Winter 2025\. 2 parking spaces allowed. One inside the garage the other parked behind in the parking lot. Private entrance into main floor condo.
