Welcome to Lake Street Loft — a refined year-round retreat in downtown Boyne City. A private 45' boat slip on Lake Charlevoix in summer, 10 minutes to Boyne Mountain for skiing in winter and championship golf spring through fall. Walk to downtown's shops, breweries, and restaurants, or drive 30 minutes to Charlevoix or Petoskey. Chef's kitchen and massive private deck — ideal for friend groups, ski weekends, golf trips, and boating getaways. Guests also get 10% off at the restaurant next door.

Lake Street Loft sits in the heart of downtown Boyne City, directly above a charming local storefront. You are steps away from Lake Charlevoix, the public beach, and the seasonal farmers market. Whether you are grabbing an espresso or catching a sunset at the marina, everything you need is right outside your door.

The entrance to the loft is conveniently located to the left of the store front. Guests will find an orange door marked specifically for the Loft's access. You'll receive a unique door code via message 1 day before check-in to access the loft easily and securely.

Lake Street Loft is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath loft that sleeps 8 — built for ski weekends, golf trips, boating getaways, and multi-family weekends in downtown Boyne City.

Excellent Experience

The loft is in an outstanding location, walkable to everything in the downtown area with a great view of the lake. The unit itself was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. We highly recommend and absolutely plan on returning.
