This home was one of the best we have ever rented. The location was perfect; in warmer weather, we would have been able to walk easily into downtown Boyne City. It was a quick drive to drop and pick up the boys from the mountain. Everything in the house was thoughtfully planned out and made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The size of the bedrooms and bathrooms made it a comfortable stay for our family. I recommend it and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. ##### Heather D. Very well stocked, nicely renovated older home that met all our needs and then some. We'd always stayed in Petoskey before but really enjoyed the laid back ambience of Boyne City. We'll be back to both Boyne City and Shelly's wonderful property. ##### Jeff M.
