Overall, it was an adorable house to stay in very close to town and made for an amazing weekend. The owner of the property was extremely communicative and kind. Property is well stocked and comfortable.
We enjoyed Boyne City so much. Our small house was very comfortable and plenty of things to do and visit during out week visit. We will definitely be back in the future.
We were in town for a week to attend a wedding, so the house and location worked well for us. The staircase is steep and narrow which is difficult to maneuver, especially with luggage.

Beautiful little home!
Location, layout & amenities worked out perfectly for our family. We would love to stay there again sometime! Very clean and cozy.
Cute place to spend a couple of days for a northern Michigan getaway. Beautiful view of the lake right across the street, close to town, perfect for our needs! Would definitely rebook the same property.
This property was just adorable. Super cozy. It had everything we needed. It was a short drive from downtown and so close to petoskey and other cities. Laura the property manager was quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back there again!

Charming A frame
We loved the cottage - a little noisy by the road and could use a few more cooking items but all in all - a fun little place to be in Boyne with a lake view and close to town
Our stay was pretty good overall. The internet was not working during our stay, which wasn't a huge issue for us, but worth noting. The bathroom showers are small and a bit frustrating with the curtains that will allow water to leak on to the floor and subsequently through the floor if not exactly sealed up. Just a couple small annoyances, but overall the stay was fine.
Fabulous experience, no issues what so ever! Couldn’t of asked for better space or place, absolutely adorable Cottage! Very clean and well maintained, lots to do around the surrounding area, Laura was on top of answering any questions we had and very prompt! Already planning another stay next year! We left a message book so Laura and her family can read all about everyone’s experience who stays from here on out❤️ Definitely a 5 out 5 ⭐️

Boyne City Gem
Wonderful little cottage close to town and across the street from Lake Charlevoix. Kitchen and both bathrooms are excellent, as are 1st bedroom, dining/living room, and loft. I would have given it a 5-star, but the 2nd bedroom upstairs is tucked under the eaves with no standing headroom, so the unit is good for a larger family, but a second paying couple is going to feel shorted (pun intended). I would recommend the owners shed the roof over the second bedroom, at which point it would make a great 2-couple getaway.
Boyne City is less than a mile away.....many new restaurants, stores, great boating facilities. Young State Park a nice walk/run in the opposite direction, but stay on the paved trails unless you're wearing plenty of repellent.

The property was semi-decent. Rather dated and in need of upgrades throughout. No privacy in loft bedroom. Sofa mattress had an unsightly stain on top and when flipped over to inspect, there appeared to be black mold.
VRBO is highly overrated and charge exorbitant fees on top off owner rental fees. Definitely not worth the highly overpriced charge of $700.00 on this place for two nights. Advice: For those of you who want to rent out your VAC homes to guests, make sure it's modernized, clean and advertise by word of mouth or another site that doesn't take advantage of travelers. VRBO is not the only option. Spread by word of mouth and bypass the middle man to keep rental fees within reason.
We had planned to visit the quaint downtown areas of Boyne and Petoskey but with a foot of snow outside, opted to just stay in. We still enjoyed being able to be all together and just played games and talked.
