  • Welcome to the "Mondeuse" gîte, a charming 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, located in the peaceful hamlet of Cornelle, in the heart of an authentic wine-growing village. Guest since 2023, I welcome you with pleasure to this warm place, designed around the theme of vines and wine, for a stay in all conviviality.
    A spacious and bright cottage in a quiet area
    With a surface area of 90 m², the "Mondeuse" cottage consists of:
    a large sunny living room with large bay windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a living room with TV and double sofa bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. The accommodation, accessible by stairs, is facing south / south-west, and is located adjoining our family home.

    Located at the end of a small, peaceful road, the hamlet offers absolute tranquillity. From the cottage, set off on foot or by mountain bike to explore the many hiking trails through vineyards and forests – without the need to take the car!
    To make your escapades easier, we offer the rental of electrically assisted bicycles (reservation recommended).
    You will find a bakery, a supermarket, a newsagent, a pharmacy 5 km away.

    An immersion in the world of wine
    Passionate about our profession, we will be delighted to offer you a tour of our cellar followed by a tasting of our wines. A friendly experience, to discover our grape varieties and the local terroir.

    Cultural visits: the Cerdon copper factory, the Cerdon caves, the silk museum in Jujurieux, Outdoor leisure activities: swimming on Chambod Island, electric boat trips on the Ain, tree climbing course... Less than an hour away, don't miss:
    the royal monastery of Brou in Bourg-en-Bresse, voted favourite monument of the French, the medieval city of Pérouges, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, the museum of the Resistance of Nantua (completely renovated), and its magnificent lake, ideal for swimming or a walk around. At your disposal
