"The staff member at check in was incredibly kind! He helped me get a room accommodation for me and my cat. Room was pretty clean, and the place overall smelled quite nice and somewhat perfumed (I didn’t mind!). Breakfast options were pretty standard for the size of the hotel. Plentiful parking, and they asked about my make/model so made me feel a bit safer in a way. Overall, pretty nice stay :)"

"When you come off the elevator you will notice the wallpaper pulling up in the hallway and the lack of trim between the wall and floor. The room is clean but very basic. You have a bathroom, shower and bed. No USB charging ports so dont forget your wall pieces. No hooks or shelves in the shower for toiletries, not even a note pad and pen. The minifridge was taped together in the corner with duct tape, the "dresser" didnt fully close, and the first day I was there the toilet seat broke. I asked for it to be fixed right away but after a week and multiple requests it was still broken when I checked out. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The windows had no shades or shears, just drapes that were not blackout and did not keep the sunlight or street light out. The bed is a king sized which is great but you can feel the mattress is old by the feel of the springs when you push down. Housekeeping is another issue. Checkout is 11am yet every morning I was there i had a knock on my door at 8am for Housekeeping. While I was still sleeping. I would ask them to come back after 10 or 11 and nothing. A week stay and Housekeeping only came in 2xs to change towels. They give you a VERY small garbage can that might hold some tissue and then your on your own. I had to get my own bags and keep up on my own. Its apparent this hotel has been left to its own while the owners focused on more expensive places, which is a shame. I would expect better and wont stay here again"
