"Exceptional for a hotel"

"The overall cleanliness of the property is really bad. This property should have not been listed here. The walls, floors and doors are dirty, the tab is so nasty we were afraid to use it, we ended up not taking a shower there at all. I wish we have time to find another hotel that late. We decided to just sleep there one night and checked out really early. The staff were nice making sure there was a security in that shady area. The staff has to lock the front door of the reception area until the police came due to a questionable character walking around the premises. Some people are just larking around the premises. A couple of people occupying the other rooms are scary making inappropriate comments to my wife. This hotel should be inspected by the city of Phoenix because its condition do not reflect the good environment of the city and not appropriate for a paying customer."

"We’ve stayed here twice already, and we absolutely love how clean and fresh-smelling the place always is the quality is consistently excellent. We also truly appreciate the kindness of the staff. It’s definitely a perfect choice."

"bath tub was painted and it was peeling off, shower was ok, no body wash available, chair could have been wiped down. "

"The room was not in any clean manner.Carpet was dirty.You could see there was blood stains on it.At one point , etc. and staff is rude and refuses to accommodate guests."

"I have had 3 out of 3 bad experiences at Motel 6 motels and this was definitely the worst. A guest of mine witnessed the security guard actually push a girl really hard to where she fell down. These were people that were on the sidewalk of the property and apparently they had been told not to be on the property. They’ve been trespassed apparently however that does not give this security guard the right to actually use force and push somebody down. She had not laid her hands on anyone. I guess confronted the security guards, and it was a volatile situation for the rest of the night which caused me to have to leave all he was doing with standing up for this person. I will never stay at any property that is owned by motel 6 ever again"

"We arrived late in the evening and checkin was easy and quick. The room was very comfortable. The location was great for where we needed to be. Bagel breakfast was good too."
