(2,285 reviews) Well, our overall stay was good after we changed rooms after the first night. We were given older units that were not what you see on their website so be aware that you may end up with something much less than expected. I had to request updated rooms that were at least decent. They were kind enough to accommodate the request. But keep that in mind. (1,217 reviews) The room was nice and clean but poorly lit, and the beds were very comfortable. I did experience several service issues, some were resolved, while others were not. The gym was closed, which required walking a few blocks to work out, and the Red Owl restaurant was undergoing renovations. While I’m not sure what other work was being done, there was nonstop tapping noise starting around 5:00 a.m. each morning, which was disruptive. The bright spots of my stay were the front desk staff, who were exceptional, very friendly, and helpful. The afternoon social hour was also a nice touch.
