"Air conditioning didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and was extremely dirty, microwave was dirty, shower curtain and one of the bed covers had mystery stains, and the front door was very hard to open and close. However the lobby workers were extremely nice and made the process easier also let me have my dog even though they had a policy change however the room keeper lady was rude. "

"We visited OK for a long weekend to visit family. This house was in a great location and perfect for us. It is roomy and comfortable and has a beautiful huge back porch. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to spare. The kitchen is really well stocked and had a lot of things other rentals don't have including a lot of spices and different appliances. A big benefit was use of the garage. They predicted hail one night and we were worried about our rental car so we moved it into the garage. A nice variety of shampoo and conditioner as well as body soap. The living room is a step down from the hallway and dining room so they have lights along it as a safety feature. Great property."

"We ended up not staying. The house had not been cleaned when we got there. We let the host know and we had plans so we left right away and she promised to have it cleaned. We planned and paid for four guests, and the listing clearly said that it slept four. There is only one bed in the house. There is a hide a bed, but when we opened it, there was no mattress on the hide of bed and the piece of foam that was in there was covered with mouse turds. The foam was definitely not considered a mattress. It was a mattress topper - the egg crate style. We contacted the host told her that we would not be staying and she refunded us just over 300. Their listing advertised that we would be free to use both the front and back decks, but the decks were very dirty and in poor repair. Very disappointing experience."
